1. Honey

2. Froot Loops

Froot Loops are corn and soy-based yet the first ingredient in the cereal is sugar. The cereal has twice the amount of recommended sugar than healthier cereals and there is a stack of color in the loops which means that the dyes are being digested by your child. 3. Kellogg’s Pop-Tarts

While Pop-Tarts taste good, there is little to no nutritional value in them and they are only 10% real fruit. The rest of the snack is comprised of soybean, flour, and palm plus lots and lots of sugar. As well as this, Pop-Tarts have plenty of colors and dyes and each has four teaspoons of sugar, making them more of a candy than a tart or breakfast food that will start off your day in a nutritional way. 4. Soda

There is absolutely no nutritional value in soda whatsoever and plenty of negatives to keep it off the table. A cup of soda can have as much as 25 grams of sugar in it. If you want your kids to consume a drink that will ruin their teeth, weaken their bones, and cause hyperactivity then you have all of this to look forward to with soda. Consider water as an alternative to soda and consider the tremendous health benefits you will be passing onto your kids.

5. Fast Food
